International Supply Chain Manager

The Role

The purpose of the role is to maximise franchise and wholesale product availability and fulfilment whilst managing risk through forecasting and supply chain processes. This role works in close partnership with other International team members and Supply Chain teams. Current business scope is 15+ International franchise and wholesale markets

Key Accountabilities

Forecasting
Manage the forecasting models to establish International franchise and wholesale product supply requirements
Partner with Supply Chain teams to ensure international product availability and fulfilment through forecasting
Ensure key global brand product moments and NPD stocks are secured and distributed appropriately to franchise and wholesale markets
Minimise the stock exposure of International Development within the H&B Supply Chain through an accurate internal rolling forecast
Ensure stock management and forecasting processes minimise the impact of retendering and deleted lines on International markets
Ensure sufficient stocks available to support promotional strategies in franchise and wholesale markets

Partner forecasting
Embed sales and stock forecast disciplines within International markets to strengthen local partners' forecast capabilities, consistency and credibility
Review and challenge partner forecasts on a regular basis, in partnership with the Partner Management team

Order confirmation
Partner with Supply Chain to confirm orders after orders have been taken, reviewing and challenging Supply Chain where needed to maximise   fulfilment, speed of delivery and ensure continuous improvement.

Operating model and capability development
Operate as a key participant in Supply Chain projects to ensure that new systems and processes support delivery of International franchise, wholesale and selected owned markets targets
Embed new forecasting and supply chain processes into International Development as required
Develop the franchisees' forecasting capabilities through expert guidance, training, coaching and visits
Build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in forecasting and end to end supply chain
Maintain the forecasting and supply chain operating standards in the Operating Manual to ensure clear service levels and franchisees stay compliant

Insight and reporting
Produce insightful, action focussed supply chain analysis and forecasts for internal and external customers

Operationalise new partnerships and locations
Provide guidance and practical support to local management in new franchise and wholesale partnerships with regard to forecasting
Advise on the initial buy quantity for new franchise and wholesale markets and new franchise stores/shop in shops

The Person
3 plus years experience in a supply chain and forecasting position
Track record of managing forecasting and supply chain processes and delivering process improvement
Ability to accurately and efficiently manage and analyse large amounts of data across multiple data sets
Developed commercial acumen and analytical capability
Able to operate effectively with both internal stakeholders and with franchise/wholesale partners
Ability to be a role model brand ambassador
International franchise and/or wholesale experience preferred
Passion for Health & Wellness
Desire to develop and grow as the International business expands
